BOAT

Boat rental is to be carried out under the following conditions:
1. Renter personally signs a lease agreement and thus complies with its provisions

2. All boats are ensured with the initial franchise. If the renter causes damage which costs less than the amount of the franchise, he must pay the damage. Damage assessment is conducted by the  employee of the Split Rent agency and the renter agrees with his estimation. Damages greater than the deduction amount are paid off by insurance.

3. Each renter must have a boating license; in case he does not have one, he will be given a skipper.

4. The boat is to be rented and returned with a full tank because fuel is not included in the price.

5. Shortly before the boat renting, the renter is obligated to deposit the equivalent of HRK for the entire amount of franchise specific to each type of vessel. The deposit is returned at check out if the equipment and boat are in good condition. With deposit the renter is also required to pass an ID document (passport or identity card) which is refunded upon return of the vessel.

6. The boat can be only operated by a person who has signed a contract and who has permission to operate the boat, otherwise the deposit is not refundable.

7. If the renter prematurely terminates the contract, the money from the lease will not be refunded.

8. Each vessel has a specific number of how many people it can carry. This number is determined by the Split Rent agency and it must not and cannot be exceeded.

9. In the case of a breakdown renter is required to call the harbor master's office, which will make the record and protect the vessel. Otherwise, he bears responsibility for possible consequences himself.

10. During the term of the lease it is prohibited to remove associated equipment from the vessel.

11.  In the event of any dispute the local competent court in Split shall arbitrate.

CAR, SCOOTER, BIKE

A car rental is to be carried out under the following conditions:

1. Renter personally signs a lease agreement and thus complies with its provisions

2. Renter agrees to pay the agency Split Rent any possible damage caused during the rental by improper handling or a traffic accident caused by his fault.

3. During the rental renter is ensured of liability for damage caused to third parties in accordance with legal rules and regulations of insurance. If there is damage to the vehicle committed by a third party renter is required to report the accident to police.

4. By renting one of these vehicles a renter is required to deposit the equivalent in HRK. The deposit is returned at the end of the lease if the renter did not commit any damage to the vehicle and did not violate any clause. In addition to deposit the renter is required to pass and ID document (passport or identity card) which is refunded upon return of the vehicle.

5. Vehicles and scooters are to be rented and returned with a full tank because fuel is not included in the price.

6. In case of premature contract termination, the money from the lease will not be refunded

7. Scooters are registered for two people and in case of renter driving more than one person in the vehicle, the deposit will not be returned

8. Vehicle is operated only by the renter or other person named in the contract. If it is used by someone else without permission from a staff of Split Rent Agency, the renter loses the right for refund of deposit.

9. In the event of theft of the vehicle or any part, the renter is required to reimburse the value of the stolen parts.

10. In case of any traffic violations the renter loses the right for refund of deposit.

11. A helmet is included in the price of scooters and bicycles as a mandatory accessory.

12. In the event of any dispute the local competent court in Split shall arbitrate.
